NODA Review (Abridged)
SOCIETY: WEMBLEY OPERATIC SOCIETY (WOS)
PRODUCTION:
ANNIE
VENUE:
WINSTON CHURCHILL THEATRE, RUISLIP
DATE:
18th November 2005
REPORT
BY: Harvey Kesselman
A delightful Annie was well supported by the other orphans.
Miss Hannigan was suitably "shocking" and acted
well. A funny Rooster and Lily St Regis were contrasted by
a glamorous Grace Farrell. Daddy Warbucks sang well. The orchestra
was well controlled and overall, it was an enjoyable show.
